• Communication platforms: We use Zoom for video calls, WhatsApp and emails for communication, services that have encryption

6. Third-Party Services
 
To provide our services, we use the following external platforms:
 

• Wix Studio: Website hosting and booking form management

• PayPal and Stripe: Payment processing (these services have their own privacy policies)

• Zoom: Video call platform

• Email (Outlook, Gmail, etc.): Communication, reminders and session confirmation

• WhatsApp: Communication and, occasionally, video calls

• Active session data: Retained whilst you maintain an active relationship with Conscientia Echoes

• Session history: Maintained to facilitate continuity in future sessions, unless you request its deletion

• Recordings: Deleted after 30 days following the session

• Inactive data: If you do not book sessions for 1 year, we will proceed to delete your information, unless you request to keep it
