Flower therapy: Preparation of personalised floral prescriptions from the Bach system

2. Nature of Services

Our services are holistic support and personal development. We are not conventional medical or psychological health professionals.

We do not make medical or psychological diagnoses
We do not prescribe medicines or medical treatments
We do not replace professional medical, psychiatric or psychological support
Astrological consultations are of a symbolic and interpretative nature
Flower therapy works with natural vibrational essences as a complement

If you have any physical or mental health condition, it is essential that you maintain your professional medical treatment. Our work can be complementary, never substitutive.

3. Session Format

All sessions are conducted online through Google Meet. You will receive the access link by email and/or WhatsApp before your session.

Technical requirements:

Stable internet connection
Device with camera and microphone (computer, tablet or smartphone)
A quiet and private space for your session

4. Booking and Confirmation

To book a session you must:

Complete the booking form with your complete and accurate details
Select available date and time
Make the corresponding payment

Once payment is confirmed, you will receive:

Confirmation of your booking by email
Access link to the session
Reminder 24 hours before

It is your responsibility to provide correct data, especially date, time and place of birth for astrological consultations.

Payments are processed through:

We accept credit/debit card payments through these secure platforms.

Payment must be made at the time of booking to confirm your session.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

6.1 Cancellation by the Client

More than 24 hours in advance: Right to full refund (100%) or reschedule at no cost
Less than 24 hours in advance: No refund. You may reschedule once only (subject to availability)
Non-attendance without notice: No refund or possibility to reschedule

6.2 Cancellation by Conscientia Echoes

If for any reason we must cancel your scheduled session:

We will notify you as far in advance as possible
You will have the right to a full refund (100%) or reschedule according to your preference

7. Floral Prescription

When the contracted service includes floral prescription, Conscientia Echoes will prepare a personalised formula based on what was worked on during the session. This prescription consists solely of the indication of the Bach system floral essences recommended for your process.

Important:

The floral prescription is a written formula, not the physical preparation
The floral preparation is NOT included in the session price
It is the client's responsibility to acquire and pay for the preparation at a laboratory, pharmacy or flower therapist of their choice that makes Bach system preparations
Conscientia Echoes does not sell or distribute floral preparations, it only prescribes the formula
The floral prescription is valid and can be prepared at any specialised establishment

8. Brief Post-Session Consultations

The contracted service is considered complete once the scheduled session has finished. Any subsequent communication (by email, WhatsApp or other means) is a professional courtesy, not an extension of the contracted service.

Important:

There is no obligation or commitment to respond to consultations outside session time
Response time to brief consultations is discretionary and may vary according to availability
Brief consultations are limited to specific clarifications about what was worked on in session (questions about the floral prescription, reminder of a specific point)
To delve into new topics, work on extensive queries or continue the process, it is necessary to book a new session or follow-up session
Conscientia Echoes reserves the right not to respond to consultations that exceed the scope of a brief clarification, suggesting instead to book a follow-up session

The therapeutic and accompaniment space is the session. Subsequent consultations are a professional courtesy, not a right acquired with the booking.

9. Session Recording

Sessions may only be recorded with your prior consent.

You will be asked before each session if you authorise the recording
If you authorise, you will receive access to the recording for your personal use
Recordings are exclusively for your private use
You may not share, publicly reproduce or commercially use the recordings
You may request the deletion of your recording at any time

10. Confidentiality

Everything shared in session is strictly confidential. We will not share your personal information or the content of sessions with third parties, except:

Where there is a legal obligation
Where you give us your explicit consent
For payment processing (minimum necessary data)

We ask for reciprocity: please maintain the privacy and confidentiality of the methods, tools and content shared during the session.

11. Client Responsibility and Commitment

By booking a session with Conscientia Echoes, you acknowledge and accept that:

You are responsible for your own life and the decisions you make
Sessions are support, not a magic solution
Your active commitment is essential for your transformation process
Any action you take based on what was worked on in session is your sole responsibility
We do not hold Conscientia Echoes responsible for results, as each process is unique and personal

12. Platform Use and Expected Conduct

By using our services, you commit to:

Provide truthful and accurate information
Arrive punctually to your session (it is recommended to connect 5 minutes before)
Maintain a respectful attitude
Not record the session without prior consent
Not publicly share session content
Be in a private and quiet space during the session

Conscientia Echoes reserves the right to cancel or suspend services to clients who:

Disrespect the facilitator
Deliberately provide false information
Use the services inappropriately

13. Intellectual Property

All content present on the Conscientia Echoes website, including texts, images, designs, methods and shared materials, is the property of Conscientia Echoes or is duly licenced.

The reproduction, distribution or commercial use of our content without prior written authorisation is prohibited.

14. Limitation of Liability

Conscientia Echoes will not be responsible for:

Technical problems with internet, Google Meet or other external platforms
Personal decisions you make based on what was worked on in session
Specific results, as each process is unique
Indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services

15. Disputes and Conflict Resolution

In case of disagreement or dispute:

We invite you to contact us directly to resolve it amicably
If no agreement is reached, mediation will be sought
As a last resort, it will be submitted to the jurisdiction of France

16. Modifications
